Jonathan Brigg is an award-winning composer whose work defies easy categorisation. His music is heavily influenced by jazz, postminimalism and American ultramodernism. He works regularly with leading ensembles such as Britten Sinfonia, and has collaborated with some of the UK's leading musicians and composers.

Jonathan is one of 5 finalists in the V International Uuno Klami Composition Competition. His new piece, reflektor, will be heard twice in Finland in November.
